Russell's Catering, About us...

In 1994, an expansion was made to Russell’s Food Center, which brought the size of the current market to include some 16,000 square feet of operating space under one roof. With this expansion came the introduction of a delicatessen and bakery. It is this kitchen in Arnaudville, which serves as the heart of Russell’s Catering. From the first meal we cooked together, we incorporated the techniques our parents and grand parents passed down to us. We never forget who and what it is we are working for: to satisfy you and your guests and to do this in a way that lets you relax and know you are in competent, experienced and talented hands.

Guests often arrive at various functions we are catering and we hear the remark…Oh, Russell’s is catering! Well now I know we’re going to have some good food! But perhaps the most identifying aspect of our operation, which sets us apart, is our presentation. It is all about listening to the customers needs and when called upon to come up with truly original ideas for that client.
