Nothing is better about living in Louisiana than CRAWFISH!!!!!! Boiled, fried, or cooked in a savory etouffee, it is something that is unique to this area; and, that the rest of the country considers a delicacy.
We offer fresh, peeled crawfish in season. We also carry it frozen when it is not in season. We carry fresh catfish with bone in for sauce piquant and courbouillon. We also carry fresh boneless catfish fillets. You will also find fresh-shucked oysters in season. In our frozen meats case we stock a variety of peeled crabmeat for your stews, gumbos and seafood dressings.
