Meats are no exception especially as they are the cornerstones of so many staple dishes.
After many years of tasting, trial and tradition, we feel our seasoned meats are second
to none. Our repeat customers seem to prove how true this is. No product of ours is a
better testament of this statement than our own De-boned Stuffed Turkey Roll.
The moist, tender, finished product of white and dark meat with pockets of bell pepper,
garlic and onion makes this far from just a Thanksgiving offering.
It is not uncommon for relatives to travel to family members who live out of state with
ice chests filled with our seasoned products.
Our custom mix of spices imparts a
balanced, full flavor, not the fiery inedible version or the paprika heavy look-alike to
be found
in some places. Our seasoning is so popular that we have it packaged for sale
