Russell's Meat Department is second to none. We offer a vast selection of quality grade beef, pork, and poultry. Our steaks and chops are cut just a little thicker than the standard cut found in most supermarkets. Our Meat Department Manager, Jude Robin, carries on and expands the traditional butchering styles similar to this stores namesake, "Russell," a style which has been used for over a quarter of a century now.
Please feel free to call ahead and request a specialty cut or thickness of your pork chops, round steaks, rib eyes, fillets etc. Our Meat Department staff knows its customers by name and the standing orders that they repeatedly place.
